We have a comprehensive support package which is aimed at keeping your site up and running, and safe and secure, for both you and your clients, leaving you free to do what you do best.
Prices start at just £33 per month for brochure sites, or £55 per month for ecommerce and membership sites, including web hosting.

Backups are critical to your site security, so we take them very seriously indeed.
Why? Because if you lose your site for any reason you can quickly get it back by restoring from the last clean backup.
For this reason, all Jackdaw supported websites are backed up to secure cloud storage daily and stored for up to 6 months.
Regular updates are almost as critical as backups, so we update all our sites at least weekly, usually within 24 hours of the update being released.
This means that as well as having access to any new functionality, your site will have increased security by having any vulnerabilities patched as soon as possible.
Firewall and antivirus
Every site supported by Jackdaw Web Design has the Wordfence antivirus and firewall plugin installed and protecting your site 24x7.
Wordfence is arguably the most comprehensive WordPress security solution available. We'll configure it for you so that you get the best possible protection, and we monitor it constantly so that we can prevent any malicious activity as soon as possible.
As well as monitoring your site for any malicious attacks, we also monitor it to make sure it's up and running.
It might be down because of a problem with the host, or maybe because a plugin update failed. Whatever the reason, we'll pick up the problem within 24 hours at the most and get you back up and running as soon as we can.
Most of the stuff we do to look after your site should be invisible to you - you'll only notice when things go wrong.
So how do you know we're doing everything we say we will? Simple - we send you a monthly report. Currently the report only tells you what's been updated but we're working on adding more information in for you.
Included in your support contract, you'll also get web hosting on my own web servers for no extra charge.
Why do I do this? Two reasons: I've yet to find another host whose servers are as reliable and as fast as the ones I use, and if there are any hosting-related problems I can fix them immediately rather than having to bother you so that I can contact your host on your behalf.
An SSL certificate
SSL certificates are critical so that your customers can be confident that you take their data security seriously.
In fact, they're so important that they're now one of the key ranking factors in Google's search engine algorithm - if you don't have an SSL certificate you'll never get a decent search engine ranking.
This is why all of my annual support contracts come with an SSL certificate included for as long as your site stays on my web hosting.
What happens next?
I'll get back to you as soon as I can to arrange a time for us to talk about exactly what you need, and to find out if you have any specific problems with your site.
If there's anything that needs fixing urgently I'll give you a fixed price quote for that so that you know exactly what it's going to cost you.
I'll then move your site to my hosting, usually for no extra charge. The only exception to this is if you have mailboxes that need to be moved too, but again we can sort that out when we speak.
Once the move is complete, then that's it. I'll send you a monthly report to tell you what I've been up to, and keep you up to date with anything that you need to know about. All you have to do is sit back and let me take the strain.
