I help organisations step back and decide what will genuinely make things easier – whether that’s training staff to manage the site themselves, taking care of the website for them, or, where there’s a clear reason, planning a new site.
The aim is not to do more than necessary, but to make sensible choices that fit your capacity now and over time.

I’ve been doing this since 2014, so I understand both the practical and organisational challenges of getting online and keeping things running smoothly.
